PREAMBLE

THE BLUE HOUSE SAS, in compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, implements its Policy Manual for the Processing and Protection of Personal Data.

The shipping address will be the address indicated by the customer in the offer prepared in the format intended for this purpose, which may be the same as the buyer's residence or another address designated by the buyer.

It is understood that any person present at the address where the delivery is to be made is duly authorized by the customer to receive their order, therefore THE BLUE HOUSE SAS is exempt from any responsibility at the time of delivery, as long as it is made at the address registered at the time of purchase on the website.

Second paragraph:

The shipping company will only make one (1) delivery attempt for the purchased products. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the factory and the money paid will be refunded, excluding the shipping cost, without any interest, compensation, or additional charges, regardless of the reason for the return. Delivery will also be considered unsuccessful if the recipient of the product is under eighteen (18) years of age and is not accompanied by a parent, guardian, or legal representative who can sign for the product along with the recipient.

  • No returns are accepted for products purchased on promotion or clearance where the bonus has been applied; for a refund request, the specific case must be evaluated and governed by the terms and conditions specified for sales strategies.
  • Product prices include VAT. Prices are expressed in Colombian pesos.
