PREAMBLE

THE BLUE HOUSE SAS, in compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, implements its Policy Manual for the Processing and Protection of Personal Data.

13. PAYMENT REVERSAL

The law stipulates that in sales made through electronic commerce mechanisms, such as the Internet, and where a credit card, debit card or any other electronic payment instrument has been used to make the payment, the participants in the payment process must reverse the payments requested by the consumer when they are the victim of fraud, or it corresponds to an unsolicited transaction, or the purchased product is not received, or the delivered product does not correspond to what was requested or is defective.

14. PRODUCT DELIVERY

The shipment of products available in stock will be made only within the Colombian territory, through certified mail, within a period of approximately five (5) business days for the Metropolitan Area of ​​the Aburrá Valley of the department of Antioquia, Guarne, Rionegro, Llanogrande, El Retiro and La Ceja, eight (8) business days for main cities and up to ten (10) business days for other destinations, counted from the acceptance of the offer, provided that there is no fortuitous event or force majeure, among which are, as an example, acts of man or nature, such as strikes, work stoppages, revolutions, rebellion, sedition, riots, attacks, cuts of fluids, landslides, earthquakes, avalanches, overflows, bridge falls, among others.

First paragraph:

The shipping address will be the address indicated by the customer in the offer prepared in the format intended for this purpose, which may be the same as the buyer's residence or another address designated by the buyer.

It is understood that any person present at the address where the delivery is to be made is duly authorized by the customer to receive their order, therefore THE BLUE HOUSE SAS is exempt from any responsibility at the time of delivery, as long as it is made at the address registered at the time of purchase on the website.

Second paragraph:

The shipping company will only make one (1) delivery attempt for the purchased products. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the factory and the money paid will be refunded, excluding the shipping cost, without any interest, compensation, or additional charges, regardless of the reason for the return. Delivery will also be considered unsuccessful if the recipient of the product is under eighteen (18) years of age and is not accompanied by a parent, guardian, or legal representative who can sign for the product along with the recipient.

Third paragraph:

The goods will be delivered to the address stipulated by the client. • Each Gift Card is for single use by its holder and redeemable on our website www.thebluehouse.com.co and physical stores in Bogotá and Medellín.
• Our Gift Cards do not have an expiration date for redemption.
• No returns are accepted for products purchased on promotion or clearance where the bonus has been applied; for a refund request, the specific case must be evaluated and governed by the terms and conditions specified for sales strategies.
• Product prices include VAT. Prices are expressed in Colombian pesos.
• THE BLUE HOUSE reserves the right to make changes to prices and products prior to an order placed by you; once quoted or purchased, the price will be honored.
• THE BLUE HOUSE charges shipping costs. Shipping costs vary for each product and are detailed during the checkout process on our website. These costs will be billed separately, where applicable, and will be itemized and added to the total order amount.
• Consumers in Bogotá and Medellín can choose the in-store pickup option. In this case, shipping costs will not be adjusted during the online purchase process, and after the purchase, an advisor will contact the consumer to specify the day they can pick up their product, depending on availability.
