PURCHASE CONDITIONS – SALES BETWEEN APRIL 24 AND MAY 14, 2025
During the period between April 24 and May 14, products were offered with special discounts of 20% to 60% as part of an existing inventory clearance campaign. It is important to note that many of these products were overstock or items with minor cosmetic imperfections, and therefore do not come with a warranty.
Each of these products was previously explained to the customer by the sales representative, who is responsible for explaining the specifications, specific conditions, and condition of the product before finalizing the purchase. By making the purchase within this period, the customer acknowledges and accepts having been informed of these conditions, as well as the non-applicability of the warranty in these cases.
This policy applies only to purchases made within the period mentioned and under the conditions described herein.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The estimated delivery time for your products available in stock is five (5) business days for the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley in the department of Antioquia and ten (10) business days for Guarne, Marinilla, Rionegro, Llano Grande, El Retiro, La Ceja and main cities of Colombia; once the purchase is approved on our payment platform, for other destinations consult the delivery time with our virtual advisor.
- Delivery is made under normal access conditions to the address, including stairs, elevator(s), and doors. Otherwise, our personnel are not authorized to enter through overhangs or in any other situation that could jeopardize the safety of our staff, third parties, or the protection of the furniture.
- When normal access conditions do not exist, the customer must arrange winch services with third parties to facilitate the entry of the merchandise, assuming these costs.
- Personally inspect the merchandise or assign a trusted person to do so and report any anomalies or discrepancies found before signing the invoice.
- Provide ongoing support during delivery and/or installation.
- Please ensure you have sufficient free space for furniture installation, as our staff is not authorized to disassemble and move other merchandise inside or outside the home.
- If no one is home to receive the delivery, a record of the visit will be made and the recipient must adhere to The Blue House SAS 's new delivery schedule.
- The product may be received and inspected by any authorized adult residing at or present at the delivery address. A signature on the carrier's delivery slip or receipt will suffice. It is essential that the person receiving the product thoroughly inspects it and that any discrepancies are immediately reported on our delivery receipt.
Deliveries cannot be scheduled for a specific time, as they are subject to traffic, weather conditions, and delays in receiving some of our deliveries. Once your order is confirmed, our shipping department will contact you the next business day to coordinate delivery within the stipulated timeframe. On the day of delivery, we will contact you one hour prior to notify you that your shipment is en route.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
The Blue House SAS does not ship internationally.
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
WHEN CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
You can request an exchange or return of a product as long as it shows no signs of use, modification or alteration, and remains in its original condition, clean and with its tags. Products on promotion or with a discount are not eligible for any type of exchange (color, size or reference).
REASONS FOR CHANGE
- I received something I didn't order: The product received is different from the one you requested.
- Product failure: If the product has presented any failure, defective before use, please check the "Warranty" section.

- You have (5) five business days to return or exchange the product.
- You must contact us at (57) (604) 5742795 or send your request to info@thebluehuse.com.co. Once we receive your information, we will contact you as soon as possible to process your request. The maximum time for resolving your issue is 30 days.
IF YOUR REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCT IS ACCEPTED, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
- Product exchange for color or size: Exchanges are only permitted for products of equal or lesser value than the original, subject to availability. If the new product is of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as a voucher for a future online purchase.
- Voucher or credit note: To make a new purchase at www.thebluehouse.com.co or in-store. This voucher will be valid for one year.
- Money back: Which only applies for warranty claims.
Once the condition of the product has been verified, THE BLUE HOUSE SAS will have three business days to inform you if your product meets the criteria established here to make the exchange for color or size, for a voucher or credit note for another product or a refund of the money (only applies to warranty claims).
Once the exchange request has been submitted with the necessary information, a collection date will be scheduled by our carriers based on the day you can deliver the product to the carrier, which you must have previously paid for to make the exchange (Only applies to product exchanges due to color or size).
When you hand the product over to the carrier, it must already be properly packaged. You can use the same packaging you received the order in, or you can use one of your choice; however, it is important that the packaging is appropriate for the nature of the product so that it is not damaged during transport.
It is important to note that : The product must not be modified or altered from its original state and must be in good condition, clean, and with its original labels.
The timeframes for change, differentiated for each modality, according to the policy of The Blue House SAS, are:
- Product exchange for color or size: It will be dispatched within five (5) business days after receiving the product in our warehouse and according to the confirmation of existence in inventory, from this moment the same times apply as for a normal delivery.
- A voucher or credit note for a new purchase at www.thebluehouse.com.co will be sent to your email address three (3) business days after we receive the product at our warehouse. Vouchers or credit notes will only refund the amount associated with the returned item.
- Refunds via bank transfer: These are processed approximately eight (8) business days after we receive the product at our warehouse. If the order is partially returned, only the amount corresponding to the value of the returned items will be refunded. If the order is fully returned, the full value of all items will be refunded. A refund form must be requested.
- Through payment reversal: The payment reversal will be reflected (30) thirty business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
CLARIFICATIONS
The product undergoes quality control and if it is not accepted, no exchange or refund will be made.
MATTRESS AND RELATED PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY
For hygiene and sanitation reasons, products such as sheets, comforters, bedspreads, down comforters, pillows and cushions are considered personal use items. Therefore , the right of withdrawal does not apply, nor are returns or exchanges of these items accepted when they have been used, removed from the packaging unit, box or wrapping that contains them.
Taking the above into account, the effectiveness of the guarantee will only proceed when the request is made within the term of validity stipulated for each of the products and when the characteristics of suitability, quality and safety of these do not correspond to those offered.
Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Our customer can return the product received and request a refund of the money paid.
To exercise this right, the customer must:
- Make the claim within the first 5 calendar days after the delivery date.
- Present the purchase receipt or the buyer's ID number.
- The product must be new, unopened, unused, with all original packaging, parts, accessories, complete manuals, and labels attached. For products requiring assembly, whether by the customer or a technician designated by the brand, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product has not been unpacked and remains in its original packaging.
Procedure:
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within the following 45 business days:
- The customer must pay the return shipping cost of the product through a consignment and the shipping cost paid at the time of purchase will be deducted.
BLUE FRIDAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Offer valid from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021. Purchases must be paid in full on this day. No exchanges are permitted except for quality defects. Valid only for our own line; does not apply to guest brands, art, or Arts & Crafts items. Valid in physical stores and online. Maximum purchase per customer: $50,000,000.
BLUE WEEKEND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must present your ID and the email with the discount code to redeem it in-store. The discount is non-transferable. It does not apply to guest brands, art supplies, or the Arts & Crafts line. It is valid for one use only. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Redeemable from November 25, 2021, to November 28, 2021. Valid at physical stores and online. Product exchanges are not accepted, except for quality issues.
